Objectives
The scope of WP1 is the project setup and management of the activities to be performed in the CITWIN project, including quality assurance, risk management, and the monitoring of the innovation processes. Its specific objectives are as follows:
- Define and create an appropriate project structure on an internal repository.
- Provide high-quality project and innovation management for CITWIN.
- Ensure that budgets are managed effectively and prudently.
- Ensure that the project manages IPR and risks effectively.
- Ensure CITWIN carries out work of the highest quality.

Objectives
The objectives of this work package are:
- Depict the stakeholders’ requirements with respect to the digital framework.
- Set up the living labs in Eskilstuna and Aarhus municipalities to collect data and test digital twin scenarios.
- Ensure that the results from the generic framework are of interest to other urban contexts.

Objectives
This work package focuses on the development of a framework for combining objective indicators essential to the 15-minute city, i.e. pedestrian level-of-service (PLOS) and bicycle level-of-service (BLOS) indicators. A focus is laid on indicators that are readily available and objectively quantifiable.

Objectives
The overall goal of this WP is to enrich network-centric performance indicators such as accessibility, bikeability and walkability with human-centric factors, i.e. how people move through the environment, how their interactions shape their perception of the trip and thus allow them to develop and exercise their human capacities. This should be achieved by combining existing insights from literature and extending existing methods on quantification of human perceptions and well-being into a holistic computational framework that can be integrated into the digital twin, which we will publish as open-source software. The output of the framework should be a set of multi-dimensional, human-centric indicators that can serve as key performance indicators in scenario evaluations.

Objectives
The overall goal of this WP is to create a digital twin framework that enables users to generate a digital replica of an urban environment. Specifically, we will accomplish the following objectives:
- Develop tools and frameworks to establish and generate digital twins of urban environments.
- Incorporate the objective indicators and human-centric dimensions for the 15-minute city in the digital twin.
- Facilitate the exploration of adaptations to the urban environment in order to improve liveability within future 15-minute cities using the digital twin.
- Rank and recommend potential adaptations and link them to anticipated benefits for the 15-minute city using dedicated mechanisms to support decisions and policymakers.
Software developed in this WP will be published under an open-source licence. Additionally, the consortium will explore opportunities to create spin-offs or start-ups, in collaboration with the Technology Transfer Offices of AU and KTH, to commercialise this WP’s elements.

Objectives
This WP aims to raise awareness of the project, communicate research and innovation results, and explore opportunities to exploit the developments made outside the project context. The WP executes supporting activities, including dissemination, exploitation and engagement actions that maximise the take-up of the CITWIN results.
The key objectives are:
- Lead European-wide dissemination activity to engage application developers, municipalities, and policymakers.
- Lead an exploitation strategy that facilitates a rapid take-up of approaches developed in the CITWIN project to improve cities across Europe through developments towards 15-minute cities.
- Establish a sustainable ecosystem for the long-term engagement of developers and practitioners, including an open evolution of the CITWIN technologies.
